  • User Rights: Users have the right to access, update, or delete their personal information at any time. Users have access to delete their account and associated personal information anytime.

Welcome to the MMT Learning application.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of MMT Learning application, owned and operated by Media Mind Tech.

By accessing this application, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MMT Learning application if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology is used in these Terms and Conditions: "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person who accesses this application and accepts the Company's Terms and Conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Media Mind Tech. "Party", "Parties" or "Us" refers to both the user and ourselves. These terms define the relationship and responsibilities between the User and the Company with respect to the provision of the Company's services and digital products from publishers.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the validated digital/interactive books on the MMT Learning application for a limited period of time for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license:

  • The user is granted the right to download the digital/interactive books on multiple devices. However, the user may access the book simultaneously on a maximum of two devices only (unless this was increased by the company). If the user attempts to log in on a third device, they will be notified to log out from one of the previously logged-in devices before logging in.
  • The user is not authorized to share their account credentials with others. Each account is for individual use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or transferred to any other person or entity.
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on MMT Learning application is strictly prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering, unauthorized extraction, or copying of the application's content, including but not limited to digital/interactive books, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to reverse engineer the application or illegally extract and copy its content will result in immediate termination of the user's license and may lead to legal action.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Media Mind Tech at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you will lose access to any downloaded digital/interactive books.

Disclaimer

  • The digital books provided on the MMT Learning application are provided "as is". MMT Learning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  • MMT Learning does not warrant the accuracy, results, or reliability of the content of the digital books or other materials provided by the publishers. The publishers are solely responsible for the quality and content of the books.

Limitations

Media Mind Tech shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the content on MMT Learning application, including but not limited to loss of data. This applies even if MMT Learning or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The content on the MMT Learning application is provided by publishers and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. MMT Learning makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the materials on its application. Users are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. MMT Learning may make changes to the content at any time without notice, but makes no commitment to update the materials.

Access to Digital Materials

MMT Learning provides access to digital/interactive books and other content from various publishers. While MMT Learning endeavors to ensure the quality and appropriateness of the content provided through the application, it is important to note that the content from publishers is the sole responsibility of the respective publishers. MMT Learning does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the content provided by publishers.

Modifications

MMT Learning may revise these Terms of Use for its application at any time without notice. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or place.
